The Cat Show Live 2026 is home to three theatres: The Applaws Theatre, the Dr. Phillipa Holmes Theatre and the Cat Village Theatre.

We’re welcoming esteemed global speakers for 28 expert led RECO sessions (Responsible and Educated Cat Ownership). From behaviour and health to the latest trends in feline care, attendees can immerse themselves in a world of knowledge and entertainment.

Bongo & Fifi

Subject: Getting Started With Harness and Trick Training

Hello! My names Lucy and my cats are Bongo and Fifi. It’s my mission to prove that cats are actually very trainable! Cats can learn to walk on a harness, gain confidence outside the house and learn tricks all through positive reinforcement and clicker training. I love sharing educational content on how others can train their cat, giving them a new form of enrichment!

Subject: From Kittenhood to Senior years: Understanding Your Cat’s Changing Needs

Cat is a small animal vet, meaning she cares for pet animals like yours. She works at her own clinic in Derbyshire but also has social media pages where she talks about pet health, welfare and her profession, dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs are all her patients but she definitely has a soft spot for the animals she shares her name with!

Craig Dryden (GCCF)

Subject: Two Breeds, Two Big Personalities: American Curl and Oriental, and Kitty Academy.

Craig has been part of the cat fancy since childhood, attending his first show at just 10 years old. Over the years, his interest grew into a deep commitment to the welfare and development of pedigree cats. He began breeding Siamese and Oriental Shorthairs in 2000, focusing on health, temperament, and breed integrity. In 2008, Craig qualified as a GCCF judge and now officiates across Sections 1, 2, 3, and 6.

Djed Khan-Warsop

Djed Khan-Warsop is a multi-award-winner, disability advocate and disabled full-time carer with national recognition, a background as a professional actor, and over 15 years’ experience as a cat rescuer (with his Cat-Son, Kingsley Jr), championing disability awareness, accessibility and representation.

Tatjana Sliziene is a highly qualified grooming professional whose work is guided by welfare, patience, and respect for every pet she handles. For her, true grooming excellence begins not only with tools and technical knowledge, but with a deep understanding of the individual pet in front of you. As a dedicated ethical breeder registered with Felis Britannica, Tatjana places health, temperament, and responsible breeding at the heart of her programme.

Harvey The Tux

Hospices of Hope & Bagpuss

Jessica Bayford is Fundraising & Communications Manager at Hospices of Hope, a charity celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. Kent-based, the charity develops free hospice care across South and East Europe where there is a huge need for specialist services. Join Jessica to discover the heartwarming story behind Bagpuss’ connection to the charity and how the much-loved ‘saggy old cloth cat’ has been changing lives for almost 25 years.

Subject: Grooming Your Cat with Confidence

Jo Wallace owner of JW Pet Services and is a qualified Cat Grooming Tutor, International Master Cat Groomer, Podcaster and Grooming Industry Educator. Jo has 8 cats of her own, Maine Coons, Ragdolls, Siamese, Oriental, British Short Hair and a good old tabby. She is passionate about kind cat handling and working with cat owners and cat groomers to implement this.

Linda Magistris

Subject: Why Offering Support for Those Affected by a Pet Bereavement is Vital

Linda Magistris OBE is the founder and Chief Executive of The Good Grief Trust, the UK’s leading bereavement support network. Following the death of her partner, BAFTA-winning director Graham Theakston, Linda established the charity to ensure no one faces grief alone. She also founded National Grief Awareness Week and the Sit with Hope campaign, receiving an OBE in 2025 for services to the bereaved.

Hi, my name is Lizzie and I am a certified, qualified, experienced animal behaviourist, trainer and Reiki therapist with my business: Nature’s Therapies Animal Behaviour. I use only kind reward based methods with your pets and work holistically, treating the individual as a whole – rather than just their symptoms! Our pets are speaking to us all of the time through their behaviour and I love being able to deepen your connection with your pet by teaching you how to understand what they are saying, and helping them overcome any behaviour challenges being faced.

Nikki Macleod

A crazy cat lady and self-confessed study geek, Nikki has been an RVN since 2000. With her fingers in many pies, she splits what little time she has between working as the Cat Advocate, consulting nurse and running a behavioural referral service for a small animal practice in Fife Scotland.

Pam Barrett (TICA)

Subject: A True British Icon: The British Shorthair, and Meet The International Cat Association Junior Superstars

Pamela Barrett is a TICA Distinguished Allbreed Judge with more than 38 years of judging experience worldwide.l A British Shorthair breeder for 50 years under the cattery name ‘Excalibur’. She also played a key role in achieving Championship recognition for the British Longhair. Known as the “Talking Judge” Pamela Barrett enjoys sharing her knowledge with exhibitors by explaining each cat’s strengths and encouraging continuous improvement in breeding and feline welfare.

Dr. Eve Davies is the Co-Founder and Communications Director of ProtectaPet Ltd, the King’s Award-winning company helping cats enjoy safe outdoor freedom. After losing her cat, Lola, to a road traffic accident, Eve co-founded ProtectaPet to improve feline welfare. Today, the company designs innovative cat containment systems, protected by multiple patents, and supplies customers across the UK and Europe.

Sarah Johnson

Sarah has been around cats all her life and has held the cattery name “Landican” since 1987. She bred Siamese initially, later adding Oriental Shorthair and Longhair varieties, before Exotics became her main breed. She has been a fully qualified International Judge for 16 years judging Persian/Exotics, Semi Longhaired cats and the Oriental breeds, and is currently Vice President for Felis Britannica.

Shauna O’Brien MVB PgC (SAS) – TriviumVet

Subject: Cats Aren’t Small Dogs: Why Regular Vet Visits Could Save Your Cats Life

Dr. Shauna O’Brien is a University College Dublin graduate with an Honours degree in Veterinary Medicine. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Surgery and a Certificate in Teaching and Education. Named on the London Vet Show ‘30 Under Thirty’ list in 2025, Shauna currently works as a Clinical Research Associate at TriviumVet in Waterford, Ireland, where she is involved in the development of innovative veterinary products aimed at improving animal quality of life.

Steven Corneille is a veterinary technician and dedicated cat breeder with over 25 years of experience. A respected TICA judge, he was honored as TICA’s Judge of the Year in 2016. His breeding program has earned numerous international wins with Bengals, Abyssinians, and Scottish Fold Longhair. Passionate about feline health, genetics, and breed preservation, he is committed to education, mentorship, and excellence in the international cat fancy.

Susie Phillips

I am passionate about all areas of cat care. I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2018. I have since obtained an advanced certificate in Feline Behaviour and a Diploma in Feline Nursing with ISFM. I am also an Elite Fear Free Professional. I set up Purrfect Feline Care with a mission to empower cat carers to help cats thrive. Let’s Protect Their Purr.

Virginia Rud

Virginia has been a credentialed veterinary technician (nurse) since 2001. Her career in veterinary medicine has taken her from rural mixed animal practices to urban small animal hospitals to teaching post-secondary veterinary technology students and finally, landed her in the world of animal-related non-profits. She serves as the Outreach and Education Specialist for EveryCat Health Foundation.
