Island sites – Island sites refer to space only.
Island sites are available to book but must be at least 12 sqm with or without a shell scheme. The Island site location will be assigned by The Cat Show Live.
For an independent stand build, there must be a gangway on all four sides. You will receive measurements for the required gangway space prior to the event
Other sites – Other sites refer to an area, including a shell scheme package open on one, two, or three sides, signage, and carpet.
The floor plan will be made available mid July 2025
The Cat Show Live reserves the right to allocate stand space to exhibitors. The wishes of the exhibitor are considered as far as possible. The Cat Show Live reserves the right to change the original stand allocation. We are unable to move exhibitors at their request once spaces have been allocated.
Please NOTE the floor plan is subject to NEC sign off and subject to amendments. You will be notified once your stand is allocated if these changes affect you.
All stand spaces include:
- Shell Scheme Layout – 1, 2, 3, or 4 sides
- Includes carpets and fascia name
- Access to a portal of providers for additional furniture, lighting and electricity.
- Entry into the A4 show brochure – company name, logo and website.
- A media kit
- 2 x tickets to promote your
- A logo, description and website link on the event page.
- A shoutout on our Facebook and
- One photo of your stand taken by our team at the event – provided digitally within 4 weeks post-event.
- Free
- 1 x parking pass for 2 days
- 2 x Staff passes for the event – additional passes can be provided for £15 per (Passes cover set up, the event and de-rig)

Additional facilities
Additional facilities, including furniture, can be provided on request from a third-party supplier. (including carpet colour change subject to a surcharge).
The Cat Show Live provides all exhibitors access to a portal with suppliers but is not liable for any services or items these suppliers provide. Payment for any additional items is the sole responsibility of the Sponsor or Exhibitor.
Power supply and AV services are available at an additional cost. All appliances must carry current PATS certification. Additional fees will be charged if on-the-day testing is required.
Large alkaline batteries are not permitted on the stands.
Payment
To secure the exhibitor space or sponsorship, the deposit (25%) invoice must be paid by the date on the first invoice. We are unable to hold spaces if payment is delayed.
The remaining 75% of the balance will be invoiced in the following installments:
- 25% – 30 days
- 25% – 60 days
- 25% – 120 days
If booking takes place after any collection dates invoices will be adjusted accordingly.
For bookings made within two months (60 days) of the event:
- A 25% deposit is still required to secure the
- The remaining 75% balance must be paid within 14 days of the deposit invoice
For bookings made within two weeks of the event, 100% payment is required upon booking, as full payment must be received prior to the event taking place.
Force majeure
The Cat Show Live will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of our obligations due to occurrences, omissions or accidents which are unforeseeable or beyond our reasonable control such
as official measures, industrial disputes, civil disturbance, natural disasters, etc. (a ‘Force Majeure Event’). We will notify sponsors and exhibitors of a Force Majeure Event that affects us as soon as possible and seek, as far as reasonably practicable, to mitigate any effects that the Force Majeure Event may cause to the event.
The Cat Show Live reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event by reason of a Force Majeure Even and will inform sponsors and exhibitors of the postponement or cancellation as soon as possible. If the event of a cancellation, we may retain such part of the exhibitor’s stand costs as shall be required to compensate The Cat Show Live for our reasonable expenses incurred up to the time of such cancellation. All remaining fees shall be refunded.However, no hotel or airline expenses shall be reimbursed.
Cancellation Policy
The exhibitor may cancel their stand reservations at any time by written notice to The Cat Show Live.
The Cat Show Live will refund payments based on the criteria listed below: –
- Cancellation within 14 days of signed agreement (provided this is more than 3 months before the event date) – Full refund (minus 10% admin fee to cover bank charges)
- Cancellation more than 3 months before the event date (except where this is within
14 days of invoice raised) – 50% refund
- Cancellation within 3 months of event date – 0% refund
Non-refundable fees, in accordance with the conditions of payment on the exhibit application form, will be withheld to cover administrative costs.
Exhibitors are responsible for cancelling any other reservation (e.g. hotel or airline reservations) made in connection with the event. The Cat Show Live retains the right to resell any Exhibition Space cancelled by the Exhibitor.
Transfer, sharing or subletting
Stand Holders are not permitted to transfer or sublet the whole or any part of the space by any other company, firm or individual for business purposes* exceptions to this rule may be given in writing with advance notice of intent to trade example – where a service business collaborates with retail.
Stand Construction
To meet the safety requirements of the NEC and to assist trade stand holders with their administration, only the following types of stands will be permissible. Island Stands (space only)
Independent Stand designs
Island sites must be arranged through a professional stand contractor. Exhibitors and sponsors are advised to use contractors who are members of ESSA.
Floor Covering
If a stand wishes to use its own floor covering, note that all stands, without exception, must have suitable floor covering laid by professional contractors. The sides of stands bordering the public gangways must be correctly delineated. (Note: Shell scheme packages include carpet)
Height Limit
Island Sites – stands or structures, exclusive of any signs and fascia, must not exceed 3 meters in height. (Any signs or fascia must not rise above a height of more than 1 meter above the main structure. (unless special permission is given by The Cat Show Live Ltd)
Island Sites with shell scheme are not permitted to erect any structure above the shell framework – 2.4m
All stand fittings will be required to conform to the NEC and Organisers requirements, further details of which are to be included in the rules and regulations circulated with every space booking confirmation prior to the event.
Overspilling
Please make sure you book enough space. Overspilling into the gangways or storage behind any stands of any items is not permitted. Furthermore, information is not allowed to be hung from the shell scheme ceiling grid or fascia board.
Use of Data
As a contractual necessity, we need to share your details with the contractors who will supply the exhibition procurement & services. Those contractors agree to comply with Data Protection Legislation and
- to use data only for specified purpose
- not to share with third parties if unauthorised and without consent and
- to hold data safely and securely. It will also be retained for the purpose of sending stand re-booking information for next year’s show and to inform you
about other trading opportunities at other The Cat Show live events.
I confirm that I would like to secure a space at The Cat Show Live on Saturday, 13th September 2025.
I understand that an invoice will be issued with full Terms & Conditions attached. By confirming this booking via email or by making any payment against the invoice, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions.
I understand that payment must be made in line with the payment schedule shown on the invoice and in accordance with the event’s Terms & Conditions. This includes full or part payment depending on the time of booking in relation to the event date.
I accept that failure to comply with the Terms & Conditions may result in expulsion from the show.
I understand that payment can be made via BACS or card using the details provided on the invoice.
